Hello and Welcome! 

On Point Property Services of SWFL, LLC. was founded by Adam and Brandi Johnston in January 2024. Their journey began in Dubuque, IA, where they operated a successful construction company for 13+ years. Their dedication to the industry led them to relocate to Cape Coral, FL, where they continue to bring their expertise. Along with the construction company, they managed multiple rental complexes, the largest being an 80-plex. We are passionate about being owner-operated and building partnerships with our clients. 
 
Adam specializes in remodeling, carpentry, and property management and maintenance. He is also in the process of obtaining a full general contractor license in Florida while constructing Brandi's new home in St. James City, FL.

At On Point Property Services of SWFL, LLC., we are firm believers in the personal touch. Our co-founder, Brandi, takes care of all office duties, scheduling, and supply orders. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that Adam's work and the overall business operations run as smoothly as possible, adding a personal touch to our professional services.

When not working, Adam and Brandi enjoy supporting as many small local businesses as possible. They believe in the strength of the community and actively contribute to its growth. They also love hitting the beautiful local waterways on their pontoon, a testament to their love for the area and its leisure activities.
